  • Produced as single units only
  • Not available in standard sizes

Due to their unique and artisanal nature, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.

2. No Automatic Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Clearly personalized or adjusted items
  • Unique handmade products that cannot be resold

As a result, returns and refunds are generally not accepted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pre-Purchase Confirmation

Before any payment is requested:

  • Measurements, fit, materials, and details will be discussed
  • The suitability of the garment will be confirmed by email

4. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • The garment has a proven manufacturing defect
  • The item received is clearly different from what was confirmed by email

Minor variations related to handmade production, measurements within reasonable tolerance, or color differences due to screen settings do not constitute defects.

5. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item qualifies for an exception, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the garment
  • Provide a clear description of the issue
  • Include photographic evidence when requested

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is exceptionally approved:

  • The garment must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags (if any) must be included
  • The item must be returned within 14 days after approval

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method originally used
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
